Information you give us
When you use the contact form, email us, or call us, we receive what you choose to share: your name, company, email address, phone number, the freight and lanes you describe, and your message. When you submit the contact form, the details you enter are sent to us and stored in Salesforce, our customer relationship management system.
Information collected automatically
When you visit the site, we and our vendors use cookies and similar technologies to collect your IP address, device and browser type, the pages you view, how you arrived, the time you spend on the site, and unique identifiers stored in cookies.
Information from our vendors
Our visitor-identification vendor, ZoomInfo, may match your visit to business contact information it already holds, such as your name, business email address, employer, job title, and phone number, and provide that to us.
Website visitor identification
When you visit and browse our website, we automatically collect data about you such as your email address and device and browsing information, and we use and share this data with certain vendors to provide certain functionality on our website, analyze which pages you visited, associate the collected data with your identity, and contact you or your company about our freight services.
We use ZoomInfo WebSights with enhanced visitor identification to do this. It works as follows:
- ZoomInfo places its own cookie and additional third-party cookies from its identity and advertising partners on this site so that visitors can be recognized across different websites.
- The data collected through these cookies may be shared with those third parties, and ZoomInfo may use it to improve visitor-identification signals for its other customers.
- The collected data is used to identify you and the company you work for.

How we share information
- ZoomInfo and its partners. ZoomInfo and the identity and advertising companies listed in the cookie table receive device, browsing, and identifier data directly from your browser through their cookies when those cookies are active.
- Google. Google Analytics receives device and browsing data to produce traffic statistics for us. See the Google Privacy Policy.
- Service providers. Companies that host this site and provide our email and business software process information on our behalf.
- Legal and business reasons. We may disclose information when the law requires it, to protect our rights, or as part of a merger, sale, or similar transaction.
We do not sell your personal information for money. Allowing ZoomInfo and its partners to collect information through cookies on this site may count as a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law. You can opt out under Your privacy choices.

Your privacy choices
- ZoomInfo cookies. You can accept or decline ZoomInfo and its partners' cookies at any time with the button above or the "Your Privacy Choices" link at the bottom of every page. Declining stops the ZoomInfo script from running on this site and removes its first-party cookie.
- When we ask first. We estimate your region from your device's time-zone setting. If it indicates California, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, or if your location cannot be determined, ZoomInfo does not run until you accept. Elsewhere, ZoomInfo runs when you arrive and stops if you decline.
- Global Privacy Control. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a request to opt out, and ZoomInfo does not run unless you then choose to accept.
- Cookies already set by third parties. We cannot delete cookies stored under other companies' domains. You can clear them in your browser settings, or opt out through the Network Advertising Initiative, the Digital Advertising Alliance, or, in Europe, Your Online Choices.
- Google Analytics. You can block it with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on or by blocking cookies in your browser.

If California privacy law applies to our handling of your information, you have the right to:
- Know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose, and receive a copy of it.
- Ask us to delete or correct your personal information.
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, using the choices above or a Global Privacy Control signal.
- Not be treated differently for exercising these rights.
In the past 12 months we have collected identifiers (such as name, email address, IP address, and cookie identifiers), professional information (such as employer and job title), internet activity on this site, and the contents of messages you send us. We use reasonable safeguards to protect the information we hold. No website or email transmission is completely secure.
Children
